Chippenham Beer Festival 2010
Despite scary headlines in the local press, the 2010 Beer Festival will be taking place in the Olympiad Studio Hall on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th April 2010. The press story is about alterations to the Olympiad Sports Hall that may take place after June 2010. Please tell anyone that asks, as well as friends or family who enjoy real ale that the festival is going ahead at the same venue and on the dates planned. Hope to see you there.

Sat 6th March 2010 - Bath 1/2 Pint Marathon
It's the weekend of the Bath 1/2 Marathon, but as some of us aren't quite as agile as we used to be we thought we'd do our own take on it. Out for the day, not 13 and a half miles, but 13 pubs, and a half in each (your half doesn't have to be beer). On a serious side you can't do 1/2 Marathon without raising some money for charity, so we would encourage you to make a £5 charity donation if you come and join us for this event. Hopefully we will have some sponsored T-shirts produced for this event. Details of venues and times will be available nearer the date.

Box Steam - They have rebranded their beers Best Bitter is now Cog, Rev Awdry is renamed to Golden Bolt and Vanilla Porter is called Funnel Blower
