Dating back to 1361, The George sits in the National Trust village of Lacock, famed for it's abbey and Fox-Talbot museum. The pub still has its old oak beams and a large inglenook fireplace with a dog driven spit still in place. The full range of Wadworth beer is rotated along with a guest ale.
